Apollo 40th Anniversary * NASA Employee T-shirt!

Merchandise: The prize is a Gildan Activewear brand Ultra-Cotton shirt, available in S, M, L, XL or XXL.  The shirt is 90% cotton, 10% polyester with an Apollo 40th anniversary decal on the front, and the NASA "meatball" logo on the back.
Privacy: Snail mail addresses and e-mail addresses will be kept strictly confidential.  I have no affiliations with marketing companies beyond my own personal blog, and agree never to sell or share any personal information of those who enter contests on, review, follow or comment on my blog.

Qualify For ONE Entry with Google, Twitter, Million RSS or Technorati.  These activities are usually quick-clicks, and each is worth one entry.  Thus, four entries maximum.
Qualify For THREE Entries with BlogCatalog, Bloggernity, Blogged or Blogarama.  These activities require logins with blog communities, so if you not already belong to the forum, you may have to create a small initial profile in order to write a blog review.  These activities will require a little more time, and each is worth three entries.  Thus, twelve entries maximum.
Qualify For FIVE Entries with a post on your own blog, an advertisement of the contest on your website, or an email to people with a link back to the contest.  These activities will be the most time-consuming, and each is worth five entries.  Thus, fifteen entries maximum.

Is it possible to enter in more than one category?  Absolutely!  Choose any mix.  Overall, 31 total entries would be possible for each individual.  And if anyone actually pulls THAT off, I'll make it an even 35 tickets for completing every category.

Contestant Rewards: Each entrant will receive an envelope in the mail with a mix of the following: NASA stickers, mission decals, ISS bookmarks, Mars bookmarks, NASA website bookmarks, Mars rover postcards, Space Center postcards, ISS viewing postcards, Bedrest study bookmarks, and/or Bedrest study pamphlets, as long as supplies last.  Child entrants will receive space activity sheets or fold-out space shuttles as long as supplies last.  If you have preferences for what types of novelties you would like to receive, feel free to make that known.
Follow-Up Rewards: Everyone is encouraged to pass the information pamphlets to any healthy friends or acquaintances who might be interested in participating in a NASA study.  If you have access to a public bulletin board at a coffee shop, gym, library or other public area, please feel free to post them so we can reach as wide an audience as possible.  If you do post somewhere publicly at a site or event, please email me to let me know, and you will be eligible for yet another NASA logo prize!  If you actually refer someone directly who qualifies for screening in Houston, make sure they know to tell the screeners that you referred them.  During screening, everyone is asked, "How did you hear about this program?"  If anyone replies, "Well, Mary in Seattle pointed me to the Pillow Astronaut blog, where I read all about it," those names are kept on record.  When that gets back to me (or feel free to tell me yourself and I'll verify with the screeners)... whoa, you get a whole BOX of space goodies!

Choice of Winner: If you qualify for one entry, I'll write your name on a small ticket and put it in a box with all other entrants.  If you qualify for more entries, each represents another ticket to be added to the mix.  On December 15th, I will pick one ticket at random.  Knowing me won't help you win, not-knowing me won't hurt your chances.  Drawing will be entirely random, and the way to increase chances is to enter in more categories!
Commitment: After I choose a name at random on December 15th and mail the shirt to the winner, no one is required to stay in my twitter feed, keep the post on their blog or retain any advertisement for a link to Pillow Astronaut... this is just a way to get a little higher in search engine rankings so that more potential participants can find the NASA study application.  As always, NASA needs more healthy folks to join life sciences studies, which support human exploration of space.  Every way we can spread the word is one step closer to gaining qualified applicants.  And every qualified applicant gets us all one step closer to Mars!
